Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-known Technology company based in Weybridge as a Payroll Specialist. Crucial experience of working with very large volumes and “in house” payroll is essential for this role. Duties will include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing of very large volumes of fortnightly payroll
  • Process improvement where possible
  • Compile and prepare payroll data required by 3rd parties and internally such as pension and other employee benefits
  • Processing journals
  • Identify issues which are required to be escalated in a timely manner
  • Timely and accurate delivery of key payroll processes, working closely with external stakeholders

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience within a Payroll team or HR Services Department
  • Sound knowledge of payroll practises and legislative requirements
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Well presented
  • Positive “can do” attitude
  • Experience with large volumes of payroll data is key
  • International Payroll experience would be advantageous
