Our client is a financial services business based in Epsom, Surrey. They are a market leader in the specialist area of the industry with many household names and now, due to ongoing success and growth, they are in a position to appoint a Head of Product reporting to the Managing Director.

The role is commercially focused and ultimately responsible for the control of the  full life cycle ensuring a seamless product delivery through strong team collaboration and thorough understanding of individual client’s needs. You will provide a bridge between technology and Senior Management allowing you to project sharp strategic insight and ensure business objectives are successfully met, client’s expectations are managed and potential challenges are assessed and eliminated for product release.

It is beneficial to have the following skills and experience for this position:

In depth knowledge of the full product life cycle
Degree educated with at least 5 years post experience in product management
Previous experience within an Agile/Scrum environment
Team management skills
Ability to work to strict deadlines and within key criteria
