Job Description
Global financial services group is looking to recruit a part qualified (CIMA/ACCA) Finance Analyst to be based stunning head offices near Guildford, Surrey.
Reporting to the Head of UK FP & A this is an exciting role within a commercial team responsible for interpreting month end analytics, producing management reports & providing decision support on key processes including planning, forecasting & operational expenditure.
This is an outstanding opportunity and applicants MUST be degree educated & actively studying CIMA or ACCA. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate strong analysis skills gained within a blue chip or large consumer finance organisation. Exposure to Oracle Financials & reporting tools is also essential.
As Finance Analyst, duties will include:
·Prepare budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
·Develop analysis to support and evaluate business decisions
·Use business partnering to liaise with retail division and finance teams
·Prepare forecasts, plans and management information
·Analyse results and report
·Develop procedures, controls and reporting to improve reporting quality
·Assist in the production of financial reports as necessary, supporting the Group
We are looking for the following attributes:
·Active ACCA or CIMA studier (keen to progress and complete)
·Multi-site organisation background
·Relevant experience of management accounting/reporting
·Self-sufficient, pro active and proven ability to prioritise a heavy workload
·Advanced Excel skills
