A brand new opportunity for a Senior IT Audit Consultant has arisen. The role will report to the Head of Internal Audit but in future will report to a new lead that is being recruited at the moment. There are three lead roles across the team, one in Asia and the other two in the UK. Each lead has a team of around 6 people. There are currently four IT audit roles in the audit team, one in Hong Kong, Luxembourg and two in the UK. This is a great opportunity to build on your career as the work carried out in Internal Audit exposes you to all parts of the organisation and senior management whilst allowing you to be seen to help improve our controls over key risks in the business. The audit team is small and hence the work you will do is mainly on your own auditing a specific area of the business taking the work from scope to final report. To be in with a chance of being shortlisted for this outstanding opportunity you must posses the following competencies: Solid IT/IT auditing experience. Experience in auditing major systems development projects. Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Information Security, testing within the technical community and a broad experience with information systems development methodologies, risk assessment or risk management functions. The ability to quickly form good working relationships with employees at all levels. Project Management skills. Presentation skills. Good report writing skills. The ability to multi-task & prioritise. An IT Audit or IT qualification. Internet/Web and E-Commerce knowledge. Knowledge of AS/400, UNIX, NT. Programming language(s).
